rebel rcx Parramatta

Went to buy a pair of sneakers for my teenager last night. Being a teenager and an athlete he took his time (shop was not busy) but this salesgirl asked us atleast 50 times if we were done yet. A bit annoying when you’re trying on shoes and supporting a child to make the right decision. The other gentleman was great he provided what we asked for and then gave us space but the girl just kept asking.

This is a really great store with a wide variety of stock across a variety of sports/activities. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Whilst walking around a staff member offered assistance but then left me totally alone when I told them I was fine. Also wanted to try a treadmill on my last visit and they were very helpful then too.

My review relates to some outstanding service provided by two staff members at the Parramatta Rebel store. I visited the store with my son to buy him a pair of soccer boots and shin guards for use in a summer social competition. He hasn't owned a pair for several years, so the attentiveness, advice and options provided by Abhay were much valued and sincerely appreciated in helping us to make our purchase. He showed a genuine interest in us, not only as customers, but as fellow soccer people. This gave us plenty of confidence in making our purchase. Thank you again to Abhay. The other staff member that I wanted to mention is Zohal, with whom I spoke on the phone the same evening. I had to call the store as I believed my house keys had fallen out of my bag whilst in the store. Zohal showed great concern and empathy for situation by immediately going to speak with fellow staff to see if the keys had been handed in. I also told her where in the store I had been, so she went to those areas personally to look around for the keys herself. Unfortunately, no keys were found or handed in. She advised me of further steps I could take the next morning to continue inquiring about the keys. Her level of customer service was caring, sincere and second to none. Despite not knowing where my keys were at that stage, I felt much comforted by Zohal's words and efforts. I hope these two staff members receive similar compliments from management as they have represented the Rebel brand name at a high level. I have no hesitation in recommending to others that they visit the Parramatta store for their sporting needs and advice.

During the latest wave of COVID19 cases, i usually shop online. Happy that my first venture out shopping to find a good pair of running shoes and women's sports attire rated a 5 out of 5. This review of Rebel rcx Parramatta was a very pleasant experience for the following reasons; Service; On the day I went into this store, I was served by sales staff member Gail and the check-out operators. Their service was friendly, warm and knowledgeable. Cleanliness; During COVID19 restrictions etc, the store was clean, there was ample hand sanitizer to use and all staff on the floor were wearing masks (as was I). Friendliness; Based on the service from Gail, I rate this store a five out of five for friendliness. Value for money; This store has a variety of shoes, fashion, sports equipment to suit the sports, gym and fashion-forward sports enthusiast, as well as all tastes and budgets. Variety; Excellent variety of shoes, track, sport, sports labels to satisfy the fussy. Overall, very happy to have ventured out from my bubble and internet connection to re-connect with my local sports shop.
